Listening to podcast interviews of entrepreneurs and their journeys has been a fav pastime of mine for years. I always find so much inspiration in hearing the stories of passion and persistence as they work to make their ideas come to life and build their businesses. Via her Black Entrepreneur Experience podcast Dr. Frances Richards is working to elevate black entrepreneurs across the globe by promoting and interviewing thought leaders, innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs, and in doing so, inspiring the development of new businesses that stimulate the economy and eradicate the wealth gap in our communities.
